September 16th and here we are starting the third week of the month, already. We are a little late to post today, but I'm finally getting to the job. Our subject, today, is cats, whether it be the cattails along the highways or your favorite feline. The cattails are in full bloom now and put on a fall a good show with their gracefulness. You will see these furry heads in many fall bouquets. Below you will see our quilt for today.

You will see these furry heads in many fall bouquets. Below you will see our quilt for today. 
Today I have a quilt panel to show you. This little panel won 1st place at the Fredericton Exhibition this year. The blocks are all one panel and the border is done with coordinating fabric. We have stippled all over this piece so that we wouldn't take away from the pictures. This is a bright little quilt and a lot of fun to to make. 
The backside of this quilt was great place to use up some of the left over strips. Add some coordinating color from the pictures and you will have a cute backing finish.
