Phlox Monday

Monday August 12,2013.
Monday,Monday,so good to me, Oh yes, the Phlox are all in blossom in the garden now and you can see the beautiful white, with pink eye phlox below. They are very fragrant and the deer don't seem to bother them. You will notice I also have the pink or mauve , and pure white phlox as shown below. These perennials are great fillers in the garden. There are many fabrics in quilting that are also great fillers especially your tone on tone fabrics and plains.

Today's quilt is a beautiful , colorful quilt made by Ann for her grandson. This quilt is called "Stacking Bricks" and measures 57"x 83" . The quilt pattern we used on this quilt is called "Circles". Don't they show up lovely on this pattern? A very lovely quilt, hope you enjoyed seeing it.
