It's Easter this weekend and  I am hardpressed to find any spring flowers in my garden yet. I did manage to find a few pussy willows in the road ditch but even they are very late and very small.The snow is still falling this morning as I type and the heavy rains have made our millstream overflow its banks. The main road is flooded this mornng so traffic is diverted. All  and all its a great  day  for quilting and getting ready for the holiday weekend.

Today's quilt is very fitting for Easter. These little chickens are so cute in all the different patchwork colors. Jacque calls her quilt "Hen Party". It is 50" x 61" and has a gentle stipple all over.The backing on this quilt is soft "Minke" fabric. What a fun quilt! Have a great  Easter and enjoy the time with family and friends. Till next week.
